Guildhall turns a code repository into a living low-poly island. Every folder becomes a village, the largest package becomes the capital, roads join the places, and the land grows from the repository's whole history, season by season.

React's 13 years grown into an island, a hero on a quest, a storm when tests fail, fireworks when the work ships clean. Captured live from the site.

And it is live. Connect Claude Code and the world reacts: heroes walk to the code they read, scaffolding rises where they edit, a storm rolls in when tests fail, a dragon shows up on a failing streak, and fireworks light the sky when a quest ships clean.
